This newsletter will be fueled by my latest meal musings, delectable restaurant eats in NYC + beyond and give you all you need to feel fully satiated in your life. No recipes, I am encouraging you to listen to the cravings of your own body and let your intuitive knowing guide you. I can’t wait for you to dig in.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Travel Guides: After 4+ years of traveling and living nomadically, I discovered a nack and passion for discovering the best hidden gems, curating cohesive itineraries, and exploring cities/neighborhoods through the lens of a local. I love giving you a piece of my experience living in each of these places through recommendations and curated guides. Upcoming guides include: Greenpoint, East Village, Mexico City, and East LA!

  2. Seasonal Produce Guides: Understanding how to live (and eat) seasonally has given me a deeper understanding of the cyclical nature of life and how each season requires different nutrients, offers different wisdom, and allows me to process all of life while being fully present to and satiated in this moment.

  3. Essays: What does it mean to be satiated and how do you bring that into your every day? In these essays, I will explore themes of my own journey including disordered eating and intuitive eating, questioning my relationship with alcohol, defining my values to discover the ingredients needed to satiate me on my path, and more.

Hi, I’m Nikki D’Ambrosio.

I’m a writer and creative consultant based in Brooklyn, NY. Growing up in an Italian-American household, I developed a love (and appreciation) for cooking at a young age. I believe that cooking a meal for someone is the most intimate thing you can do, and that the relationship you have with food is a direct reflection of the relationship you have with yourself. When I’m not writing about my inner world, or the best bites of the season, you can find me flaneuring through a new neighborhood or city on a search for the unexpected moments of magic seated within the mundane. I love reading, snack plates, lounging on the couch, discovering hidden gardens, and talking to strangers.
